Shipping & Sales Policy
Your items are shipped the next business day following the purchase. Items purchased after 5PM Eastern Time from Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.
Each shipment is fully insured using UPS 2nd Day Air unless other shipping methods are requested by the customer at the time of purchase and confirmed by Intergemcorp.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipments with values up to $1,000 add a $25 shipping fee. Shipments valued between $1,000 to $5,000 have a shipping fee of $50. Those valued between $5,000 to $10,000 have a shipping fee of $65. An email confirmation is sent to you when your item has been shipped. Packages require signature for delivery.
Transactions in your shopping cart are safely and conveniently processed through PayPal. Please call us if you prefer to handle your purchase by phone. We can receive payments by wire transfer and personal check by prior arrangement. Items purchased by personal check are shipped after the check has cleared.
